I want to start off by saying that Paul Newell and Integrity Mortgage Group are amazing. My wife and I found our dream home in Bay Park and looked into buying it with a VA Loan. At the beginning, anything that could go wrong with the Escrow process went wrong. The first lender that we were using would not lock in a rate and we felt that we were being baited and switched.
